Ascent is a pre-launch footwear brand currently in development. This policy explains what information we collect through this reservation site, and how it's used.

Information you provide

We collect information you choose to give us directly, such as when you reserve a pair or contact support:

• Your name
• Your email address

We don't ask for anything beyond what's needed to process your reservation and stay in touch with you about it.

Payment information

When you pay your $40 reservation deposit, your payment is processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. Ascent does not receive or store your full card number or other sensitive payment details. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy and security practices.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use analytics tools, tracking pixels, or non-essential cookies. If that changes in the future, we'll update this policy before adding any such tracking.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Process and confirm your reservation
• Contact you about your reservation, including updates on manufacturing and launch
• Respond to support, refund, and general questions

How we share your information

We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers who need it to operate this site and process your reservation, such as Stripe for payment processing. These providers are only given the information necessary to perform their service.
